Acceptance

By signing in to Blogic Sales you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and access

Accounts are created by your organization's admin. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for legitimate field-sales activity by your organization.
• Do not enter inaccurate visit data, falsify location, or share your account credentials.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your organization or probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization.

Your organization's data

Data you enter into Blogic Sales (doors, visits, notes, follow-ups, contact information) belongs to your organization. Blogic Systems stores and processes it on your organization's behalf to provide the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is.” Planned maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Google Maps), or unforeseen issues may interrupt access. We will work to restore service promptly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blogic Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service, add features, or revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
