Privacy Policy

What we collect

Blogic Sales is a field-sales CRM used by sales reps and their managers. While you use the app we store:

• Your account info: name, email, role (rep / manager / admin), and timezone.
• Doors you create and visit: business name, address, the GPS coordinates where you check in for each visit, contact tags, notes, follow-ups, and demo bookings.
• For each visit, whether the check-in GPS was within proximity of the door (used for visit verification only).
• Standard service logs (HTTP requests, errors) used to operate the service.

Your location data

We use your device's location for two purposes:

• Live map position. Your blue dot appears on your own map while you are using the app. It is not shared with other reps or your manager in real time.
• Visit verification. When you log a visit, the GPS coordinates at that moment are saved with the visit so your manager can confirm visits happened on-site.

We only request location while the app is open. We do not run background location tracking and we do not sell or share your location with third parties.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase (United States region). The app itself runs on Vercel. When you use the map, business metadata (name, address, location) is fetched from Google Maps Platform. We do not send your personal information to Google; only the place identifier of the business you tapped.

Who can see your data

• You can see all your own doors, visits, and follow-ups.
• Managers and admins in your organization can see all activity for reps in their organization.
• Reps in other organizations cannot see your data. We enforce this at the database level with row-level security policies.
• Blogic Systems engineers may access logs and database records when troubleshooting, with care to limit access to what is necessary.

Data retention

Doors, visits, and follow-ups are retained for as long as your organization uses Blogic Sales. If you leave your organization your manager can deactivate your account; your visit history remains in your organization's records.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or that we delete it, by emailing the contact below. We respond within 30 days.
